What's Covered Under Our 1-2-10 Warranty
1-Year Workmanship Warranty
For the first year, we cover defects in workmanship, including issues with finishes, fixtures, and general craftsmanship. If you notice any problems related to the quality of our work, we’ll address them promptly and efficiently.
2-Year Systems Warranty
The two-year coverage focuses on major systems in your home, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC installations. If any of these systems fail due to improper installation or workmanship, our team will resolve the issue at no additional cost.
10-Year Structural Warranty
Our 10-year warranty protects you from structural defects, including foundation issues, load-bearing walls, roof framing, and other critical structural elements. This long-term protection ensures your home remains safe and secure for years to come.
Exclusions and Limitations
While our 1-2-10 warranty is comprehensive, it does not cover:
